The practice
Neuhaus Cost Consultants is an independent quantity surveying and cost management practice. We advise developers, owners, institutions and financiers on the cost of building — from the first order-of-magnitude estimate to the settlement of the final account.
Our work sits at the point where design ambition meets commercial reality. We price what is drawn, flag what is not, and quantify the risk that sits between the two. When construction begins, the same rigour is applied in reverse: claims, variations and cost reports tested line by line.
The practice takes its name and its manner from the same instinct — structure without ornament, clarity over volume.

We hold no delivery interest in the projects we price. Our only obligation is to the accuracy of the number.
